Food Safety Systems ISO 22000: 2005

The ISO 22000 standard is aimed at all companies involved in the food chain and represents a fundamental standard for safety management systems in the industry, allowing companies to identify the risks they face and to manage them effectively.
The Standard was developed with the objective of harmonizing, at the international level, the requirements for food safety management along the supply chain and provide a tool to develop the HACCP throughout the food chain.

It also allows the company the following benefits:

• Understand and identify the actual risks to which they are potentially exposed to both the company and consumers;
• Implement tools designed to measure, monitor and optimize effectively all performances relating to food safety;
• Respect optimally constraints imposed by legislation and business requirements.
